“Happy with it” vs. winning

I assume you're using CiviCRM. Are you happy with it?

That's good. But it's not enough.

The real question is: Are you winning with it?

Are you nailing your membership goals? Are you expanding your capacity to fulfill your mission as an organization? Can you point to measurable wins?
