Like the growing grass …

I've been very busy the past couple of weeks. So has my lawn.

I look at it everyday, and it never seems any taller than it did the day before.

But it's clearly in need of attention now.

It turns out consistency matters.

Grass grows.
Duplicate contacts accumulate.
Donor relationship strengthen or degrade.
Membership numbers increase, or recede.
Skills build slowly over time.

You don't notice it from one day to the next.

But it's happening.

And it's your consistent effort, or lack thereof, that determines the outcome.

All the best,
A.
