Not just staff hires
So here’s this thing I said yesterday about hiring staff members based on CRM experience:
Compared to someone who knows your tools,
it's much more valuable to hire someone who can
understand your mission,
think on their feet,
take ownership of their work,
and communicate well.
Now that I think of it, that’s not just true of staff hires.
It’s true for anybody you look to for paid help.
