This is your game, you're in it to win, and I'm here to make sure you're covering all the bases, avoiding surprises, and working effectively toward your goals. You set the priorities; I'm there to counsel and advise; and we'll reach your goals together.
The program
TL;DR: I’ll meet with you by phone every second week to check on your progress. In between calls, you’ll do your own work at your own pace, and you have unlimitted access to me for questions as you go along.
The progam includes:
A kick-off call for initial assessment.
Accountability calls once every two weeks.
Structured assignments and recommendations cusotmized for you after each call.
Direct access to me between calls, for answers on any topic related to CiviCRM.
Kick-off call agenda:
Before our kick-off call, I’ll send you a questionnaire to uncover your goals, challenges, and current situation. On that call, we will:
Review and discussion of your questionnaire answers;
Deep dive into your current state and goals near-term and long-term;
Set a recurring meeting for accountability calls;
Agree on first set of action-items.
Accountability calls:
Calls take place every other week via join.me.
I’ll record each call and share it with you afterward.
We start with an update from you on your homework progress.
We agree on next steps based on progress and goals.
Calls are limited to 1 hour; after all of the above is done, we explore specific questions if time allows.
Questions between calls:
You can contact me for any reason between calls, depending on the enagement level you select.
I'll work one-on-one with you to ensure you're up to speed with all you need to know about maximizing CiviCRM's extensive feature set to further your organization's mission and fundraising goals.
We'll start with a review of what you know and your immediate and long-term goals, and work through topics appropriate to your skill level and priorities.

Whatever engagement level you select, your CiviCRM Success Coaching program includes all of the following.
Accountability calls:
Accountability calls are up to 1 hour, with screen-sharing so we can look at things together as needed.Recordings:
Calls are recorded (voice and screen), so that you can easily refer to them later.Topics:
This is a coaching program for you personally, designed to help you master both broad-based strategies and specific technical details. Any topic or question is valid — from practical how-tos to broader what-ifs — but I'll often be asking about your underlying business goals before recommending a specific approach. We're here to help you achieve measurable outcomes, not just to fiddle with the software.Guests:
You can invite as many guests as you like to any coaching session. But since this is a personal coaching program for you, you yourself do need to be there personally for every session that you schedule.Homework:
I won't require you to do anything you don't want to do, but we will be deciding together on homework for you in each call — reading documentation, watching a tutorial, or trying one thing or another — to move you forward.
3 engagement levels:
All of the following engagement levels include everything described above, including:
A kick-off call for initial assessment.
Accountability calls once every two weeks.
Structured assignments and recommendations cusotmized for you after each call.
Direct access to me between calls, for answers on any topic related to CiviCRM.
The only difference between engagement levels is how I manage my time in order to be appropriately available to you between accountability calls.
Level 1. Any questions by email: $600/month
Level 1 is the lowest level of engagement in this coaching program. You get all of the benefits above, plus:
Anytime you want, email me with a question and I'll get right back to you with an answer — typically with a written email, but possibly with a short video explanation when that makes more sense.
Level 2. Business-hours anytime by phone: $1300/month
This includes everything from Level 1, plus:
Feel free to call me directly by phone between the hours of 10am and 4pm Central, Monday - Friday. Just pick up the phone and call me.
If I happen to miss your call, leave a message or text, and I'll call you back right away (usually within 1 hour).
Bonus:
Level 2 engagement includes CiviCRM installation: If you haven't installed CiviCRM yet, that needs to be done pretty early on. Under Level 1, you'd be doing it yourself (with my coaching support). With Level 2, I'll do that for you.
Frankly, installation is pretty easy, and it's not the kind of task you'll need to do more than once, so mastering this skill is not especially valuable.
Level 3. Absolutely anytime, period: $3000/month
This includes everything from Level 2, plus:
Feel free to call me directly any day of the week, any time of day or night — yes, really. Emergency (er, actual emergency) at 2am? Yes, call me. No, I won't ignore your call.
You'll have my full attention and we'll work through whatever challenge you're facing. Same as with Level 2, if I miss your call, leave me a message and I'll call you back ASAP.
Bonus:
Level 3 engagement includes a scholarship for in-person CiviCRM events. I'll reimburse you 50% of your event fee for any in-person CiviCRM event that you attend while you're participating in Level 3 coaching. Just send me the receipt for your registration fee after you've attended.

Simple pricing and flexibility
I never assess an hourly or per-session fee for any coaching program. Whatever engagement level you select, I don't want any concern over extra fees to be a barrier when you need help.
Pricing for coaching programs is clearly displayed on the Coaching Sign-up page. Once you sign up, coaching is available from the first day of the month, and your card is automatically charged the appropriate fee on a monthly basis.
You can end your coaching program – or switch to another engagement level – at any time. Want to start and stop now and then? No problem! Cancel when you don't need it; sign up again when you do.
